Generation is slow / stuck

  • • Switch to stable Wi‑Fi (or try again later if network is unstable).
  • • Close other heavy apps, then retry.
  • • Try a smaller photo (cropped face / lower resolution).
  • • Update TapToon to the latest version.

Results not saving to gallery

  • • Enable Photos/Media permission for TapToon in system settings.
  • • Ensure free storage space on device.
  • • Export again and check your “Downloads”/“Pictures” folder.

App crashes or won’t open

  • • Force close, then reopen.
  • • Restart your device.
  • • Update the app and OS.
  • • Reinstall TapToon (this often fixes cache issues).

Quality looks “off”

  • • Use a clear, well-lit face photo (front-facing is best).
  • • Avoid strong motion blur and heavy filters.
  • • Try another preset — styles vary by lighting and angle.

Why is generation slow or stuck?

Large photos, weak connections, or heavy device load can slow processing. Try Wi‑Fi, close background apps, and retry with a smaller photo. Updating or reinstalling TapToon often helps.

Where do my generated images save?

Results save to your device gallery (or Files) depending on permissions. Enable Photos/Media permission for TapToon, then export again. Also confirm you have enough free storage.

How do I restore purchases or subscription?

Use Restore Purchases (if available) and ensure you’re signed into the same store account used to buy. If it still doesn’t work, email support with your order ID.

How can I request data deletion?

Email [email protected] with your request. Include the email/device identifier used in the app. We’ll guide you through verification and deletion steps.
